Management

This class introduces the participant to basic techniques that help get things done in the face of time pressures and urgent activities. Special emphasis is placed on breaking down a task into its component tasks, phases, and milestones. Simple tools like Gantt charts are also learned which create a visual breakdown of the project.

Problem Solving

The focus of this class is to solve problems by finding the root cause using data or facts.  Using a wide variety of methods, the participant moves from effective approaches, to the use of the most appropriate tools for the situation.  Methods used include: 8D, A3, Six, Step, etc.
