Quality Training

 SPC ( Statistical Process Control)

This class covers the SPC techniques necessary to meeting the quality objectives basic to most manufacturing environments.  Covered subjects include: prevention vs. detection, control charts, interpreting charts, action steps, and capability. This class helps a person thoroughly understand and complete control charts and calculate capability.

FMEA (Failure Modes and Effect Analysis)

This class is meant to introduce people to the prevention of problems through the use of a FMEA. Materials used include the AIAG Multi Step Process and related forms. Extensive practice, including a current company example are used to help people learn the subject.

MSA (Gage R & R)

This class concentrates on the key elements of the MSA requirements and follows the standards set forth in the MSA manual published by AIAG. The main focus is on learning and performing an actual Gage R & R.

APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)

The focus of this class is to provide an overview of the APQP process and/or to reboot or improve the process within an organization. It concentrates on the key elements of APQP requirements and follows the standards set forth in the APQP manual published by AIAG.

PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)

This training can be used as an overview of the PPAP process or can be expanded to add value to your current process. It concentrates on the key elements of the PPAP process and follows the standards set forth in the PPAP manual published by AIAG.

CQI (Certified Quality Inspector)

This training is meant to provide an overview of the function and techniques of the Quality Inspector. While is meant to assist the participant in passing the ASQ Certified Quality Inspector national exam, the focus is on building the skills and knowledge necessary to be productive in this position.
