Leadership Development
 
The goal of this class is to assist any person in becoming a professional leader by focusing on building skills that involve and empower people and teams to world class performance. It is very hands on so that the participant experiences both the theory and the practical aspects of being in a leadership position. It is a foundational and transformational class for anyone in a leadership position.
Supervisory Development
 
The goal of this class is to assist any person in becoming a more effective lead person or supervisor. It embraces the foundational values found in the Leadership Development class while focusing on the unique skill set of a supervisor. Special emphasis is placed on the difficult task of being both a manager and a leader. 
Coaching

There are times when you need an outside perspective on a person's behavior and/or job performance. This class could include teaching a small group on how to coach effectively, or it could be a one-on-one coaching situation to assist with a person with issues. Methods used include: active listening, defining the specific issue, developing and sharing action plans, and follow up evaluation.
